Justin McKibben has worked as an educator for over 20 years. McKibben has worked with outdoor education, special education, early childhood, with the majority of his career working in universities. As a lifetime member of KOTESOL, McKibben also served multiple positions at the chapter level and helped organize multiple conferences.

At Wenzhou-Kean University, McKibben is part of the Common Reads events committee and the PIEP curriculum committee.

In his spare time, Justin enjoys reading (primarily fantasy), playing video games, and watching movies.
