University is not just a place to gain a degree; it is a place where young adults discover themselves, lasting friendships are formed, and future careers are forged. At the College of Liberal Arts, our goal is to provide our graduates with the skills, experience and aptitude to find success in all aspects of life at WKU and beyond.

The College of Liberal Arts at Wenzhou-Kean University provides the foundation of a Liberal Arts education in the American tradition. Students are invited to explore Political Science, Sociology, Art History, History, Psychology, Communications, Philosophy, English, English Literature, and Modern Languages. Our faculty bring years of experience, research, and enthusiasm to the classroom, and we encourage you to engage with the College both in and outside of the classroom.

The College is proud to house WKU's English Language program, which intersects with all aspects of your educational career at WKU. Our expert English faculty will support you to enhance your English speaking, reading and writing skills. The abilities you develop will not only enrich your academic experience, but it will also provide you with a solid foundation for your future careers.

Our General Education courses are designed to help you explore your world, your possibilities, and perhaps your future passions. Students are often surprised by a new intellectual interest in a subject introduced in class–you never know what ideas might challenge you and change the direction of your life, and we're here to help you find that path.

We offer a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs to foster the development of future community leaders and professionals. Our undergraduate programs include majors in Psychology, Communication and English. Additionally, we offer an MA in Psychology, which will soon be joined by a new MA in Communication.

Our wish is for you to become well-rounded individuals equipped with both disciplinary knowledge, and the personal and interpersonal skills to enable you to successfully navigate a highly globalized and interconnected world.
