Biography

Sarah has worked at various universities since 2013 as an EAP tutor, module convenor, curriculum developer and pastoral advisor. This includes a considerable length of employment with the University of Nottingham Ningbo in China. While delivering a portfolio of EAP courses, she has also specialized in convenorship of large reading and writing and English for business modules. She has participated significantly in syllabus and assessment development, contributing to various in-house textbooks, examinations and digital teaching and learning resources. Sarah’s academic interests include sociolinguistics and also co-running the EAP e-learning platform Academic Marker, while her personal interests include hiking, cycling, and cooking.
